Welcome to JPP Property Management. You will most likely recognise the JPP brand. We are already the leading Buyer Advocate in Victoria. Our main focus is and always will be to assist the purchaser of property. Managing our clients' investments is an obvious extension of our current business.

We have already assisted hundreds of investors to organise their rental properties. We are always the first port of call for our past clients when they have had a problem with ever changing property managers. We are a family owned and operated business.

JPP will protect your asset as if it were ours, we understand the need to care & maintain your asset, to allow you the best possible return for your investment. Each year we will give you a report on your property. It will include an appraisal of its value, an updated rental appraisal with recommendation as to how to handle your current tenant and a maintenance appraisal. This report will give you recommendations as to any opportunities you may be potentially missing out on.

You can be assured our property managers are up to date with the latest changes to the legislation whilst having an in depth knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.

    We can advertise your property via internet portals, & have brochures to display your property, we will conduct open for inspections & private inspections as required. JPP will do stringent checks thorough checking of references & employment details.
  • Rent Collection
    JPP will offer many choices of payment options, making rent payments easier for your tenants, such as Credit card, EFT, direct payment to nominated account, or payment at our offices.
  • Inspections & Reviews
    Rest assured knowing the team at JPP will be conducting all required inspections keeping our landlords notified of any requirements. All works needing to be done will be carried out by selected tradespersons.

    Communication between all parties will make the process from property manager to landlord & tenants as a successful relationship which will help your investment grow to be a bigger asset.
