Whether you know exactly what you want, or you have no idea, we will sit down with you to work out a starting point for our search.

"Your Needs" may change throughout the search process as you are made aware of styles and types of properties you may not have thought of. We will suggest similar areas to what you may have had in mind.

We will help you as both a sounding board and a resource for ideas. Many investors simply have a budget in mind and do not have any pre conceived ideas about the best buys. We will discuss types of property, styles and locations. We can discuss rental returns and historical capital growth. Even if you are an owner occupier, there should be an investment component in every property you look at.
