MORDIALLOC-Chelsea real estate professionals have rejected claims the Melbourne property market is beginning to burst.
Latest REIV figures show the median house price in Melbourne dropped 6 per cent in the March quarter.
But JPP Buyers Advocate director and Patterson Lakes resident Ian James said the figures were misleading.
