House Styles:

Most properties in Mount Waverley are detached post-war brick veneer houses, which have gradually been updated or demolished and replaced with newer style properties as families have continued to populate the area. In the school zone subdivisions are popular with double story town houses the main property type of choice. The ageing population has ensured 2 bedroom villa ‘down-sizer’ properties have maintained competitive demand. Apartments are found closer toward the transport hubs and shopping districts.
