BUYERS GET BUSY AFTER RAIN DELAYS THE market showed mixed signs yesterday as a booosted clearance rate reflected strong buyer demand.
Buyers dampened by last week’s record rains returned in flocks to auctions, but many properties sold after being passed in.
Alistair Craig, of Jellis Craig Real Estate, said a greater volume of auctions had seen the market pick up where it left off’ last year.
