The REIV Awards for Excellence were presented in October at the Crown Casino.

Courtney Thursfield, our Head of Property Management, was awarded the Presidents Award for 2018. This award is given to an individual based on their contribution to the REIV and to the Real Estate industry as a whole.

Courtney is the current chair of the Southern Division of the REIV, sits on the Young Agents Chapter committee and also represents the Young Agents on Members Council.

Courtney has also attended meetings with the REIV on changes to the Residential Tenancies Act, and has been part of a team of property managers assisting in developing a course on Domestic Violence, and how it affects not only a tenancy but the job of a property manager.

The Presidents Award is an incredible honour and Courtney is very appreciative of the recognition from the industry.

If you are considering a property purchase, you are currently a landlord looking for good property management representation or you are considering selling your property, please feel free to drop me an email at [email protected] or give us a call.
